5β Perfection Best in Chef's Knife
I cook a lot and have a penchant for good knives. I was looking for a smaller everyday knife and found this and am so glad I did. This knife is sharp right out of the box! It's also an edgy look. The 5 inch blade is perfect for chopping, slicing, dicing etc. It's the perfect weight, not too heavy and not too light. Fits perfectly in the hand and is very comfortable to use. I use it every day for cooking. It will be a very good gift for the chef in your life. I highly recommend it.
