Great addition to your outdoor cooking tool set
I especially love the fully adjustable vent cover for precise temperature setting on my Big Green Egg. I've had my BGE since September but only haven't used it for a weekend. I bought the vent cap a few weeks after receiving the BGE and have been using it ever since. This makes a huge difference considering I've grilled several times without anything on the grill. Of course, I didn't have a plate attachment back then either, so I could only fry at high temperatures and didn't have to adjust much. We recommend.
