I have tried many different orthotics on both hands for carpal tunnel syndrome. First, no one will "cure" you. I have repeated surgeries. A good bandage will give you temporary relief and help you fall asleep. I have found that rotating different styles each day helps as each style impacts the tendons differently. This was the first Bracoo product I tried. I bought it from Revain with a Mueller 300 (also double sided). I will compare them. The Mueller had a familiar shape, while the Bracoo had an unusual design: a wrist strap, a wrist strap, and a narrow bar that's essentially a rail. Because of this, Bracoo seems lighter; it is certainly less restrictive for normal movement. Looking at it (and trying to put it on for the first time) it seems to me that it cannot take the strain off the wrist. But it is so. I give the Bracoo a 5 for support and the regular Mueller a 3. As far as fit goes, the Bracoo has a greater range of adjustment than the Mueller. Both Bracoo Velcro straps are long. Mรผller has a very good system in the palm area, but I have to stretch my wrist very awkwardly to put it on my hand. I'm a guy with average hands. The Bracoo gets 5 more and the Mueller 3 more, although for women or young men the "universal" Mueller might be 4-5 for comfort.
