Galapagos A.F.I.R.E. : Misunderstoo

For someone like myself who isn't a natural English speaker, navigating GALAFIRE's website was like trying to solve a Rubik's cube. It was like looking for a needle in a haystack, even though they claimed to have everything. It got my hackles up just reading about their heating and cooling products because I didn't understand half of the technical language. Their air quality products added a welcome dose of bafflement to my life, as I was clueless as to the function of half of them. However, the killer app of that app was their cooking component. The descriptions were more tangled than a Shakespearean sonnet, and the images were as puzzling as a difficult crossword puzzle. The quality of their customer support is also unacceptable. I had to use Google Translate just to ask them questions, and they still didn't get it. In sum, GALAFIRE may be a fantastic online shop for native English speakers, but it's a nightmare for those who aren't fluent in the language. I wouldn't recommend shopping there unless you have a lot of spare time to spend trying to figure out their website.

Pros
  • Easy refunds and quick shipment.
Cons
  • technical lingo on certain products that is confusing.
