The paper is thick and very nonstick. I do spray it with cooking spray when baking anything coated in egg whites, but not even sure if that’s necessary. Never leaks! Comes in a package with no creases & that package is then a dispenser to easily pull out individual sheets. I have purchased previously and will purchase again. Great product and much healthier than always using aluminum foil!
