Nose clips are essential for professional swimmers, but choosing the right one can only be achieved through trial and error. It's really a matter of personal preference, but we'll share our experiences with nose clips. We have bought cheaper brands that come with ear tips and nose tips but they are not of very good quality and break after a few uses. We have bought finis which are comfortable but tend to slip off when diving. The Speedo Liquid Clip proved slightly more effective - although we lost a few in the 50m pool, they are more effective than the higher end brand (Finis) in terms of endurance and than the less expensive brands (if If you don't do this, you lose them in the pool gremlins).
