Review on Docooler® Handlebar Extension Extender Speedometer by Charles Butler

Works well. - Parts and components

A friend needed an extra headlight for his e-bike as the built-in one is quite weak. I got that for him and headlights too. It attaches easily and stays in place well. Keeps the light stable and has enough space for another light source or other accessories. It doesn't look like it will hold really heavy things without shifting, but it stays in place well with the small light I have. The mounts are adjustable to fit a variety of handlebars and my friend's bike didn't require a spacer. However, this depends on the diameter of the steering wheel. Good deal for the price. Very light and feels hard, but if you grab it with your head and bang on it, it probably won't survive. But I wasn't expecting the performance of adamantium at aluminum prices. Not big, but the light and computer would fit in with no problem. Two fires. Small bluetooth speaker? No problem. Small cell phone? Check. A huge giant phone with a heavy body and a solid mount? You may need to put some tape or rubber pads around the handlebar where it attaches to keep it from moving. The stem also seems quite stiff, but don't over-clamp it, I think it's hollow and it can warp, dent or tear under too much clamping force. This is a good buy.

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Poorly thought out
