Featuring a 2010 Tundra that was raised and armored (ARB bumper, 10k winch, apex slider, 3" lifter and 35" KO2s) my stock brakes couldn't handle it. I replaced the brake pads with ceramic ones, but I still didn't feel safe on the road and track. I was considering doing the full Powerstop route but wasn't ready to spend over $1000 just yet. On some forums someone suggested SS lines and Brembo high temp brake fluid. After installing it, I noticed better, more reliable brake pressure feel and more confidence when stopping. I will most likely upgrade to a more powerful braking system in the future, but it works better now and I'm regaining confidence in braking power.
