Our company uses these thermal servers regularly. We have always used the Cambro brand successfully. Now that we've experimented with these Carlisles with Cambro, we can say we prefer Carlisles for a number of reasons. Locks are designed for heavy loads. Cambro buckles break easily. The vent is a very common style that can be swapped out for a water bottle at any store if needed. Volume is a true 5 gallons compared to the comparable Cambro at 4 3/4 gallons. This is good for us as we use them for coffee and all of our brewers are set to brew batches of 1 gallon allowing us to brew 5 full batches. Cambro and Carlisle are great servers, but we prefer Carlisle for its convenient design. Carlisle is also cheaper.
