I used this fan 3 times before it broke! This fan is so unstable that after turning it on, it fell 16 inches off the window sill and its blade broke completely. After that, the blade hit the grate and made a terrible noise, rendering this fan useless. I contacted customer service and they said "they don't cover damage caused to the buyer" and that was it! Hmm I didn't damage it, it flew off the windowsill and fell a full 16 inches. I have had a Lasko fan for over 20 years, it has actually been used and has NEVER broken! I told them that you can keep dropping the iPhone and it won't break. replacement denied. They even refused to answer my last letter. I bought 2 of these HURRICANE fans. $32 each and that's how they treat their customers. I will never buy from them again.
