when it comes to air movement I'm very happy with my new Hurricane box fan. It moves an impressive amount of air and I believe it equates to an impressive 2400cfm at altitude. Even at the lowest speed, this fan moves a lot more air than my old fan set to high speed! And I thought one of them was pretty good. When it comes to noise, I'm not great.
