I ordered 2 of these to replace my original remote. The keyboard looks like the original Wave III remote, but it's made in China, not Mexico, and doesn't bear the Bose name. Both work, but are cheaply made. The battery compartment for one is fine, but I had to use a screwdriver to pry open the compartment for the other remote. I'm considering returning the second one because I think the tab on the battery compartment will break if I try to open it again with a screwdriver.
