I had to order a new remote control because I put mine on the armrest of my chair. Unfortunately, my trash can was right next to it. My friends and I were watching The Leader's Game and I threw it in my trash. Now that I did, it was easily forgotten when the Chief hit the touchdown. Too bad I threw it away. So I got a new remote that works great and costs just the right amount of money. The garbage cans are gone - a new Velcro remote control is attached to the radio.

Gave a bad review to this product because it doesn't work as promised with my system. (so I thought). Guangzhou Yibicheng Electronic contacted me and asked me to send them a photo of the original remote that came with my Bose purchase. I did exactly that and they immediately sent me the correct Bose remote which works like a charm. I genuinely appreciate their standards of business ethics. Very honest and considerate. Many Thanks.

(New) This company is very responsive and asked me to update my review if I'm really satisfied. I would be happy to update my rating. I can't get the battery compartment out. I used 3 different tools and spent at least 15 minutes on them. I gave up. You can see in the picture how far I've gotten, but it's still not coming out and I don't want to break it. You may not be able to take it back. I have requested a replacement. I'll update this when it arrives. hope it opens

I found a cheap Bose radio at a flea market but it didn't have a remote control. I was able to order this replacement remote and it worked great with all functions! I am so happy and am planning to get my dad a nice Bose radio for his birthday. Make sure the model number matches your system number. My system was AWRCC1 and it worked right away. You really need your own battery, which I received in advance and which was immediately ready for use without complex programming. I'm excited!

I ordered 2 of these to replace my original remote. The keyboard looks like the original Wave III remote, but it's made in China, not Mexico, and doesn't bear the Bose name. Both work, but are cheaply made. The battery compartment for one is fine, but I had to use a screwdriver to pry open the compartment for the other remote. I'm considering returning the second one because I think the tab on the battery compartment will break if I try to open it again with a screwdriver.

I lost my remote and called Bose to order a new one. They're sold out and no one knows when they'll be restocked! (Covid issues).
