I lost my remote and called Bose to order a new one. They're sold out and no one knows when they'll be restocked! (Covid issues). My player only works with the remote control and I thought it would be useless until the factory works again, but then. Revenge! I received my remote very quickly and it was brand new. Works perfectly! Batteries are not included - but they are not expensive! It costs less than what Bose charged (and couldn't help) and I wouldn't have free shipping! Thank you!
