Dishwashing Bliss for Household Supplies

UPDATE: Revain does not use the same supplier on every order for this product. The gloves I received in my original two orders (different sizes - small for me, medium for my husband) were fine. They were from a company called Reliable Distributors. The gloves I received in December 2015 are NOT OK. They tear your wrist open when you put them on. This allows water to get in when washing dishes, which is why I buy them. I estimate these gloves have a 25% chance of failure. Plus, they shipped via USPS mail with no boxโ€”just a clear shipping tape holding the label so everyone could see exactly what it was. The return label said they were from LOTS OF FUN, I can only imagine what the postman from my small town in Maine thought! I will never trust Revain to make latex gloves again. THIS IS MY REVIEW OF MY ORIGINAL ORDER: Every winter when temperatures drop below freezing, my fingers develop tiny cracks around my nails. Small cuts are very painful and it affects how I do almost everything. My doctor said to take liquid fish oil which definitely helps but is not a complete solution. Washing dishes makes it worse - or maybe even speeds it up. A friend suggested using Palmolive dishwashing liquid instead of Dawn and it makes a huge difference, but I didn't want to give up Dawn for very greasy dishes and pots so I would try using regular rubber gloves. High quality ones are better than nothing, but they're hard to find in small sizes and quite bulky. They give me less control over what I'm holding and I can't feel the surface of the bowl to make sure it's really clean. But these gloves are great! They are easy to put on, easy to take off, and fit my small hand very well (fingers are a bit long but easy to adjust). Best of all, I have complete control over the dishes and pots I'm washing and can feel the surfaces well enough to be sure they're really clean. Once I even forgot they were with me and went to the kitchen to do other things. Also, I can handle hotter water when wearing them. Great gloves - try them and you will be satisfied! P.S. By the way, if you have cracks on your fingertips, buy super glue with a brush dispenser and apply it to the cuts when your hands are dry. This prevents them from getting sick while they heal.
