The customer support is excellent! It's easy for me as an agency owner with limited time & resources - I have access 24/7 from anywhere in Australia via phone or email- so that makes life much easier than if it was only available during working hours (which would be great!). There are some aspects of their software which can feel clunky but this could possibly because we're using older versions rather then newer ones where things might operate more smoothly? Overall though our experience has been very positive thus far!! Very happy client base who love being able use MyPeopleBiz across multiple platforms like LinkedIn profile / CV etc without having 2 separate accounts open when they need them both logged into one account instead. The best part is that they have helped me in every way possible for getting hired by companies like Google etcetera which was really helpful as I had no experience or resume of working with them but still managed it through their services! Nothing much about this service; however if there are any problems then definitely talk up because customer support team will help out immediately!! Highly recommended. You can also refer your friends who need employment assistance from these guys. !
