My favorite feature of these bags, apart from being 8" x 12", is the outer texture is quite soft. It doesn't even look like (regular) burlap to me, but it looks very similar. There appears to be an even softer material inside that seems fused to the bag like a fusible "fleece" material. I also appreciate that they are odorless, which was a relief for me. . These pockets don't feel like they will come apart easily and have good stitching. I don't like how difficult it is to pull the thin cord tight enough to close the bag. Maybe a thicker piece of cord or a wide band would be better to close the bag well. It seems that the cord and pouch easily close too much. If it weren't for the complexity and heaviness of the yarn issue, these drawstring burlaps would have received 5 stars instead of 4. Thank you for reading.
