I like the bags. What made me order these bags instead of others are the little paper thank you labels you can attach to them. Good size bag. The drawstring is a little stiff just because the bag itself is made of a stiffer fabric. It's also difficult to open and close. But the material is durable and doesn't pill like real burlap bags. This is good quality material.

I've always liked burlap - I don't know why. Maybe because of the three-legged races when I was a kid in school - who knows. These bags are definitely a step up from canvas bags. This is a thinner thread, but it still retains the appearance of burlap (to a lesser extent). These bags do not smell and are made of a much thinner and softer material. The bags are made of durable burlap blended with polyester. The lining is not cotton; it is also a synthetic polyester material. I ordered 6 x 8 inches with a thank you label. The dimensions are correct and the quantity sent was correct (I calculated). Keep in mind that the overall height of 8 inches is actually about 7.75 inches of usable space due to the jute lace. Thank you tags are delightful and come with jute cord. Everything as in the photo. These are great bags for my eco farm products.

These bags are very cute. They are very soft and don't look like the usual coarse burlap. They are also lined - which is nice. Nice for hiding what's in them as well as nice texture for whatever you put inside. They seem to work best for large, rectangular pieces when you want them to stand up. These are beautiful medium sized jute bags. The only problem I had with them was the top. It's thin and rough which makes the bag difficult to close/open (it sticks pretty badly) and the cord feels taut like it might snap. I think the disposable packaging will not tear and everything will be fine. But for long-term storage or repeated use, I don't see the tip lasting very long. My favorite feature of these bags, apart from being 8" x 12", is the outer texture is quite soft. It doesn't even look like (regular) burlap to me, but it looks very similar. There appears to be an even softer material inside that seems fused to the bag like a fusible "fleece" material. I also appreciate that they are odorless, which was a relief for me. .
