Unreliable Sound Quality from Budget Earbuds

I purchased a set of budget earbuds due to the name brand`s promise of quality electronics. However, as my tests showed, the sound quality was inconsistent and often muffled... The design itself seemed sturdy, but perhaps too bulky for sustained use. While the price point was attractive, I would not recommend these for anyone looking for a reliable pair of earbuds..
