Moved on after 5 years of using Optimum Nutrition

Wow! I switched to Form after using Proteins from Optimum Nutrition for 5 years. I'm not vegan but I wanted to try something new. This protein is amazing! First impression: great flavor, and I love that it only takes 10 ounces of water to mix. After a few weeks I noticed muscle growth and better definition. After a month I couldn't be happier with From Protein!
