The team at pixelmediamade it easy to work with them! They are always quick to respond when you have questions or need help getting something done for your project. Their customer service reps also go above & beyond in helping us get what we want out of our campaigns. I would say they could be more transparent about how things progress from campaign setup through reporting, etc. We've had some issues where certain features aren't available until after several weeks into projects (which isn’t ideal). However this has been resolved quickly by working directly w/the account rep who manages each client's individual Pixels.
