Great that it's a match OEM product, fit correctly, but noisy on all fan speeds either from fan cage or bearing shaft within. Don't know at this point the cause, or if defective. I'll give it a few days to adapt and give further review after results. Original blower unit was 17 yrs old and never made this noise although it was being out resistor and wiring frequently
