Apparently it is specially made of such materials in order to break down when the Warranty ends and I would go back to the store Some pros: I liked the fact that this product is not repairable and it broke 3 days before the end of the warranty and they gave me a new mixer. Its cons: Not a reliable product, the gears broke at the very end of the warranty
