I like that it is very easy to use, has great customer service support when you need them (which is rare), and allows for some flexibility with scheduling time off etc., which can be problematic if not properly set up in advance of an employee's request. There are also limits as well - such as how many employees we have within our system at one time. Sometimes this makes things difficult from creating new schedules or even just viewing currently scheduled people. We've been able to solve problems relating to vacation requests/changes/etc so far using their software but sometimes they don't offer training materials to help us understand the best way to do something without making changes ourselves afterwards. They will actually come out after hours during business days on occasion, usually once every few months, and work through issues related to any questions we may have.
