The platform is easy to use, it's intuitive for anyone who has worked in recruitment before. They have many features that are very useful in our daily workflows like Recruiter Portal or Talent Searching feature. I love that it shows me what my employees do everyday, how long they spend at each task so i can see where our time is going wrong (or right). It also gives you all your employee details too which saves alot of work when trying to find someone in person!
