Helps a lot with arm pain!
When first switched on, it presses the hand firmly, but after a few seconds the pressure releases and the massage begins. I still couldn't use it for the full 15 minutes because my kitty needs to "save" my hand. She will touch the car and my fingers and try to get me out of the car. But as someone who uses their hands with pliers to create chain mail all day, I still love this machine.
