I have no idea where they get the 70 liter order from. According to the instructions, the lid should be rolled 3-5 times before closing. Rolling it 4 times gives you 18-20 inches of usable vertical space. A cylinder 13.4 inches in diameter and 20 inches high is approximately 2820 cc. Customs service. It's 46 litres, not 70. Now if I go back and look at the specs on the web, they show a height of 24.8" to the top of the 'ears' (btw the 'ears' never would so get up like that, too thin material). Even it was 13.4 x 24.8h, that's only 3497 cu/inch, that's 57 liters. Also, the material is paper thin. Water seems to soak when you put it on a leave a damp place (though I haven't tested it) Still it will definitely nick and leak out of every tiny snag.Call it 3 stars not 2 because it was very cheap.You get what you pay for.I should have known .
