Overpriced for its features. The smell is unpleasant, but not critical for me. The fact that it didn't pull a lot of hair on my skin was a disappointment. I had to find an average temperature because if it was too hot they would be too thin to stick anywhere and if it was too cold they wouldn't pull a lot of hair either. Overall it left a lot of marks that I still couldn't wash off even after a few showers. And I would cut my hair in half instead of pulling back the entire cuticle. So definitely not worth the money and long shipping!
