I'll try to keep it short and sweet. I have a brand new house that I have wired to completion expecting the ceiling speakers to work. After looking around and comparing prices from around the world, I came across them. The reviews were high and all the reviews sounded great so I pulled the trigger and bought 4 sets, two of which I could put in the master bedroom and the other two in the living room. After using the included cutout and marking the hole, all that was left was to cut and join the cuts. It took about 5-10 minutes to install each block. The units were very well built and the cardboard template was very good, not the flimsy paper templates that some supply. As for the sound, WOW! That's all I can say. I hooked it up to my Yamaha about 4 years ago and it produced high tones right down to the mids and lows. I turned off my subwoofer to see how much bass they would put out and it was very good, not distorting even at near maximum receiver volume. If you have money to spend on ceiling speakers and don't want to spend a fortune but want great sound, this is for you! I would buy them again without even thinking twice. Hope that helps
