I bought for my son back in 6/2020, the screen goes black after about two months; There is sound but the screen is black. However, I'm buying a warranty because it's been less than a year and I've been told to contact the manufacturer I got it from. I was told to send it over and they will look at it. It took some time to get the watch back. It's 4/2021, the clock is back less than a month later and the screen went black again but we still have sound. When the manufacturer first replaced the watch, we were told that the screen went black because the watch was exposed to water. Now that the watch has gone black again, less than a month after the replacement and back, I don't think it's the water damage because my son doesn't wear the watch all day, he wore the watch to school and takes it off when he comes home and puts it to charge. I would recommend buying a different brand. I want a refund, but I can't return this Sonic the Hedgehog touchscreen smartwatch.
