The light came with black stripes on the white part of the light. One part required a tiny Allen key (although I think this part should already be attached but fell out during shipping) - not included. Although they provided a small wrench to tighten the nuts. The light looks good from a distance, but there are clear scratches. Looks like it was returned damaged or came defective from the factory. Also missing a tiny screw, but not the end of the world. I suspect it was a throwback as only two of the four bulbs had plastic. I'll probably send it back as I feel a little ripped off. To update. So I bought another one that wasn't too big either. A little better, keep it up. Something seems to have been mishandled. Too bad, otherwise great light. So it looks like you got lucky
