Review on AGDATA ANIMAL HEALTH by Jeff Sprunk

There are two main issues I have with their software. First, the fact that they do not offer a free version. This limits me from trying their product, because it costs money to try before you buy. Second, the fact that their documentation does not give any information on how to use their software, other than to tell you how to enter your license key. You must purchase additional training from them if you want to learn how to use their software. The second issue I have is that their customer service is terrible. If you ever call, they are rude, unhelpful, and dismissive. I was unable to resolve a problem myself, so I called customer service, and I was told to take the product back, and return it, and that it would be replaced. When I returned the product, I received a refund check. However, the next day, the refund was credited to my credit card, and I received a phone call telling me that my refund was processed. The whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth. I would not recommend AGDATA to anyone. Their product is very poorly documented, and their customer service is awful.
