I like to laminate books. I was very pleased to have a real bone binder that allows me to apply laminate in one go without blisters or other complications. When it arrived today, I took it with me straight away. The first thing that struck me was how rough it felt, which is not what you would expect from a real bone folder. I sat down to laminate one of my books. The application process went smoothly. But then when I picked up the book and held it up to the light the laminate on the front and back of the book was full of scratches. EVERYWHERE, EVERYWHERE, EVERYWHERE! For this bone folder I used the rounded edge of a wooden ruler or finger rings or my scissors. There have never been scratches like this. A very disappointing purchase. He comes back.
