I like how easy it is to use (especially for beginners). Also great customer service! Sometimes there can be some minor issues but they always respond quickly with fixes or recommendations. For example if we have an issue with our account where we cannot access certain features then their tech team will get back to us within minutes of submitting the ticket which helps me feel more confident when using this product as well. It would also help to add a link between Google Calendars/Groups because sometimes you need quick info from someone outside the group. We're solving problems regarding efficient routing methods while providing customers with transparency into vehicle maintenance status via GPS tracking capabilities.
