Multiple issues: Incompatibility with advertised Square POS. Forced to download the app. which is mostly in Chinese. Appears to prompt you to make an in-app purchase to unlock features. Bluetooth connection cannot be established without an app.
- No Ink or Ribbon Required: Direct thermal printers use thermal paper instead of ink. It is smaller, quieter, faster and more energy efficient than a dot matrix printer.
