First the good, this is a nice quality fence, fairly heavy when all put together, solid when you use the supplied stakes. READ THE DIRECTIONS when putting this together because once you snap everything together it is very, very hard to undo. I did not think I needed to read the directions (a guy thing) and ran into a little problem but was able to correct my mistake but it was not easy. The not so good thing was there were a few scuff marks I couldn't remove but I can live with them. Now the ugly, they sent me the wrong style fence? all my pickets were the same size as you will be able to see in the picture I have included in this review. This is NOT the fence I ordered, I ordered the model where the pickets get smaller as they go towards the end posts. The fence still looks nice and I have decided to keep it (too much of an ordeal to return) but wish they would have sent the one I really wanted. One really nice thing my wife and I both noticed was after I removed all the scrubs I had around our HVAC unit our air conditioner runs a lot more effecient with this in their place, we used to set our thermostat at 74 or 73 degrees, now we are setting it at 75 or 76 degrees (we live in Florida). Only regret is they didn't send the style I really wanted.
