This was a waste of money. I bought it about a year ago and part of the little clip holding the pop jack broke. I decided to give it another try because it held my phone well and I liked that I could maneuver the holder. I don't know if the company changed anything, but this thing doesn't even fit on my dashboard. I cleaned my dash, followed the directions, left it on the dash for a day before using it and it still just falls off when I put my phone on it. I even went back and cleaned the suction part of the holder in case that was the problem - still useless. I have the same phone and case as the first time, so nothing else has changed. The cheap $5 holder I bought from Five Below works better. I didn't have this problem with the first owner, maybe I was just lucky. Update: It got stuck and I use it all the time. However, now the hand does not stay in place. No matter how hard I twist the knob, the hand eventually sinks and the only thing it's holding is the phone. It's really annoying to constantly have to adjust to a red light. and the only thing holding her back is her phone.
