PiercingJ bills itself as a destination for women seeking to express themselves through their fashion, but my interactions with the business were nothing short of disappointing. I regret my purchase because the clothes and accessories I got were of poor quality. The clothing's fit was incorrect, and the fabric felt flimsy and unpleasant. I was disappointed by my buy because the accessories lacked the glitz and glam that had been promised. Along with the inferior quality of the goods, the level of customer service I got disappointed me as well. When I contacted their customer service department, I received unhelpful responses and got the impression that my worries weren't being treated seriously.
