I've had one like this before. It's been about 5 years and I loved it! I gave it to my son because my kids bought me one of these robot vacuum cleaners (Eufy) for Christmas. It's ok, but it doesn't really work on my cat's fur or all the leftover threads from the quilting. So I did some research and went back to what I know well! I would never buy anything other than this Kenmore. People complain that it's hard. Good. What should he do? Do you want something that will clean your carpet, or something that you can easily press down that doesn't leave you satisfied? I think people will always find something to complain about. If you want something to do its job well and don't mind pushing something a little harder, get this vacuum cleaner. In fact, there is nothing else that works just as well. I like that it is boxed. I don't like bagless vacuum cleaners and never have. I'm in my 60's and doing great. When I'm done, he will do whatever I want every time.
