So disappointed. I have a $29 player but I can't read it.

Sooo disappointed. I have a $29 player but I can't read the time on CD book radio plays. So I bought this expensive one and it worked - about 20 minutes. Now it doesn't even read CDs. It says it reads for a while and then says there is no disk. Now I'm back with my $29 player. At least he's playing. Can it be returned? NEW REVIEW! Revain was so good at sending the failed unit back that I took a chance and ordered a replacement. The new device works great and we love it. Now 5 stars. NEW REVIEW! Yes, the block swap worked great. About 3 months. Now it won't play discs anymore. I really expected more from Sony. So disappointed.
