Bought to be able to extend my Mikey Digital 2.0 mic (which doesn't have its own connector due to poor design) from the phone's headphone jack and also blocks the headphone jack of the phone). This cable also has a small handle on the Lightning connector, making it almost perfect as a small handle for carrying the microphone (without making much noise during operation, as if the microphone were plugged directly into the phone's Lightning connector). going to be doing a lot of field recordings with this thing.
