, Dell called me twice for repairs for freezing due to screen issues. Touch finally gave up. I used it as is until I had to endure poor performance. Brand new screen after sale but works perfectly. The touch screen works fine, other problems with the computer are solved. The resolution is a bit lower, but that doesn't bother me. This is perfectly acceptable for normal use. You can change it in 5 minutes.
