Review on Cooler Master Lighting Aluminum Tempered by Todd Vesci
Cannot support a product if customer service is CRASH.
Received the case very well but the instruction manual sucks so I've been calling the cooler master for the last 3 days. 20 calls a day go unanswered and hang up after a certain number of rings. I tried online support but the website said I had to register my product to ask a question. That's stupid. I had a simple question that I couldn't find an answer through the manual, website or phone support. I can't finish building my PC due to this issue, so I wouldn't recommend you to buy this product or any other product from Cooler Master as their manuals suck and there is NO customer service.
