Received the case very well but the instruction manual sucks so I've been calling the cooler master for the last 3 days. 20 calls a day go unanswered and hang up after a certain number of rings. I tried online support but the website said I had to register my product to ask a question. That's stupid. I had a simple question that I couldn't find an answer through the manual, website or phone support. I can't finish building my PC due to this issue, so I wouldn't recommend you to buy this product

I used to be a big fan of Cooler Master, but now Cooler Master is just a cheap brand that makes a quick buck. I expected exceptional quality for this much money for a case, but unfortunately the result is the opposite. I received an exchange for a second case from Revain and the quality control of the 2nd case is even worse than the 1st case. Even at $400, the case is still cheap plastic, just like the C700P. The Phantek Evolv X is only $200 and the quality is exceptional. At least on the Evolv
