My hair is so damaged that I bleached it 3 times at home, I was lucky it didn't all break off. I found this and left it on for 5-10 minutes and it helped until the next wash. My hair is less frizzy and frizzy. But then I learned to let it sit for 30 minutes after a shower and then rinse it off. The result will last much longer if you do this. I do this every two weeks, usually alternating with an argan oil "mask". It's the only thing keeping my hair up until the damage grows back. This is truly a miracle and well worth the price of a large bottle. The only issue I had with the larger size is that this material is thick and it takes a lot of effort to fill the pump straw and get it out of the spout.
