Good quality. I have no complaints!

Easy installation and better quality than I thought! Haven't had it in the rain yet but from the looks of it it seems waterproof. Big enough for my phone, wallet and first aid kit. It could probably fit more, but I don't have anything else I want to take on the commute to work. It also has a mesh pocket on the back for more storage. I probably won't use it since it doesn't have a zip, but I'm glad it's there in case I need it. I'm only rating it a 4 because I haven't seen how it performs in the rain. Will update my review as soon as I can test it.
