The basic thing we love about this software is that it's very easy to use with all major languages (English/Spanish) being supported as well! No complaints here since I like everything so far - from its ease of usage through UI design until support team who constantly monitors tickets in real time; no need even ask them when you have issues or concerns regarding your own business needs because they are always there ready to help out :) Have been using their products now last 4 years without any serious glitch thus can't really think up something else to dislike either!! Definitely go ahead if want an affordable yet powerful solution which will benefit both businesses big-time by providing hassle free customer experience along side increased operational efficiency! Highly recommended product!! We've benefited immensely after migrating our ticketing platform onto axis softech website / app interface.
