This item hooks to any standard two hook bra and extends it a few inches. It stays on tight and the color matches most beige bras- but I use it for all colored bras. I bought this because when I became pregnant my bra size went up from a 34 B to a 36 c in a month and then to a 38 D in another two months. While my actual chest size has stayed a D- the bras were getting tight around my middle and leaving red marks on my skin. This item totally fixed the problem and I didn't have to buy brand new bras.
