GREAT taste, lots of protein, fiber, vitamins, minerals. High sodium is best for sweaty days

This is actually fantastically good. As soon as I opened the package I could tell it could be really tasty – it smelled nice and chocolatey. I drink all kinds of crap for different tastes, so I have a high tolerance for all sorts of nasty things. But actually it's very good. Delicious! Chocolate, sweet, balanced taste. So good when mixed with plant-based milk, or even better, banana or pumpkin. Tastes like a milkshake, tastes like something I can drink all day. I long for it as I write this. My enthusiasm is justified. At the same time, one serving contains 420 mg of sodium. I usually scoff so much, but this shake (because it contains a lot of other stuff) is fantastic for replenishing electrolytes after (or before) a sweaty workout when I'm craving it. I play Supernatural on Oculus Quest 2 and my hair and clothes get wet after every session. Just drinking water is not enough. It helps. As I write this, it also dawned on me that I used to have Ladder products in the form of their B08Q3JGCJX electrolyte blend (the one I've found to be a good replacement for electrolytes when they're legally low). I think that makes me a fan of Ladder products. Although this chocolate protein shake is phenomenally better and tastes more addictive. I also like that it's not overloaded with calories for a large serving. It also contains vitamins, minerals, protein, fiber. It's REALLY GOOD in every way. I've consumed hundreds of protein powders and meal replacement drinks over the years, and while some of these are high on my list of things I really enjoy, they're number 1 for me. It's just perfection. Worth $2.23 per serving, pricey for me (but I don't rate the price) and still I'll most likely buy this when the time comes.
