Purchased 3, We opened two boxes, each took about 10 minutes to install on my iPad. 3. Box did not connect. Had to use my phone which I didn't want, it took 15-20 minutes to connect the downloaded app even to my phone but it connected. It then appeared in an app on my iPad. It seems to work fine, but it took a long time to install. My only advice is if you have 5G internet switch to a lower speed, it will take longer to set up. The last box we opened was only connected to the lower internet. I was ready to send it back when I remembered that our old connections were only set up when the internet was weak. It also doesn't give you any clues so you know what's going on.
